Most houses or buildings, whether old or new, have some hidden conditions that are not apparent to the untrained eye. A professional inspection allows you to make an informed purchase while knowing what problems and expenses you can anticipate. Our goal at every inspection is to make sure you have a thorough knowledge of all the major systems of the home, their condition, and life expectancy.

DAGR Home Inspections LLC is an independent, licensed inspection company serving Fayette, Highland, and surrounding counties. With every home inspection, we follow the standards of practice set by The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Our Ohio license number is OHI.2019004163.

What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a visual, non-intrusive examination of the major installed systems and components of a home. These systems include all visible structural components, exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation/ventilation.

Your inspector will discuss the condition of these components, such as their estimated age and life expectancy. Maintenance items will also be addressed to help prevent issues in the future.

The inspection should take approximately 2 hours to complete. You are welcome to follow along during the inspection. Consider it a walking tour of your new home with the inspector being your tour guide. If you have questions, feel free to ask your inspector at any point in the process. Once the inspection is complete, the inspector will review his findings with you at that time. He will then prepare a report and email it to you within 48 hours.

Our service doesn't stop after the inspection is over. Any time you have concerns or questions about your home, we are available to answer them for you. We will provide unbiased recommendations and advice you can trust.
